Photographer profile: Alexander Zinsstag

Beautiful nature - historic and modern buildings - great landscape - people in motion - the world is fulll of fantastic scenes to be captured with a camera! After growing up with a Ricoh compact camera, I started to enter the SLR-world in 1995. I experienced the restrictions of a compact camera during my time in New England (fall/winter 1992/93) and a vacation in the south-west of the USA in 1994. I bought the Pentax Z1, which accompagnied me well through all the years. In 2006 I entered the world of the digital SLR with a Pentax K100D.
Since then I enjoyed the comfort of a digital SLR which gives the amateur photographer the chance to do much more photographical experiments than with the expensive analog film material.
